What the Flip and The Art of Dental Wellness - Mother’s Day Smile Makeover Terms & Conditions (“Rules”)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.  BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY AS DESCRIBED HEREUNDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

  1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who fullfill all entry requirements as describering herein and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the continental United States, and is void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Participant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of What the Flip and The Art of Dental Wellness as final and binding as it relates to the content and operation of this Contest.

  3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted only from 12AM PT on 4/25/22 until 11:59PM PT on 5/20/22).

  4. How to Enter: The Contest may be entered by:

    1. Following both @whatstheflip and @theartofdentalwellness on Instagram 

    2. Like the official call for submissions post

    3. Submit a story and photo or video of a nominee with the hashtag #MothersDaySmileFlip 

  5. You may only enter the Contest one (1) time. Only one Instagram account per Entry. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of What the Flip and Art of Dental Wellness

  6. Prizes: There will be 1 “Winner” of the Contest.

    1. The winner will receive a smile makeover from the Art of Dental Wellness. A full consultation will be provided when the winner is selected. The dollar value of the prize will be capped at $80,000, however the smile makeover itself will be determined based on medical dental needs for services

  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Participants are eligible to win one (1) prize only. Winner will be selected at random on the 5/31/22. Initial winner will be contacted the same day.

    1. Winner will be selected by Ellie Greenberg/What’s the Flip and Dr. Kerri Hill/The Art of Dental Wellness 

    2. Winner has 24 hours from time of contact to reply to confirm acceptance of prize

    3. If a Winner fails to reply within the 24-hour period, another winner will be selected as a replacement. This will be done until the Winner is confirmed.

    4. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS WHAT THE FLIP AND THE ART OF DENTAL WELLNESS. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM, OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM: (I) SUCH ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE Contest AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF; (II) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE, OR OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT; (III) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS, TELEPHONE, OR INTERNET SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE Contest; (V) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE Contest OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES.

  9. Disputes: This Contest IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

  10. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Promotion is What the Flip and The Art of Dental Wellness.

  11. Acknowledgement: I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with third-party social media partners including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
